ज्ञानार्थी फाउंडेशन ("हम", "हमारा", "संस्था") आपकी गोपनीयता का सम्मान करता है। यह नीति बताती है कि जब आप हमारी वेबसाइट का उपयोग करते हैं, दान करते हैं, हमसे जुड़ते हैं, या पंजीकरण करते हैं — तो हम आपकी जानकारी कैसे इकट्ठा करते हैं, उपयोग करते हैं, और सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
हम कौन सी जानकारी इकट्ठा करते हैं
जब आप हमारी वेबसाइट पर कोई फॉर्म भरते हैं (दान, संपर्क, स्वयंसेवक जुड़ाव, या पंजीकरण), हम निम्नलिखित जानकारी ले सकते हैं:

- यदि आप 80G tax benefit चुनते हैं — PAN या Aadhaar नंबर (केवल tax receipt बनाने के उद्देश्य से)
- यदि लागू हो — GST नंबर (केवल GST receipt बनाने के उद्देश्य से)
हम आपकी सहमति के बिना कोई अतिरिक्त व्यक्तिगत जानकारी नहीं मांगते।
हम इस जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं
- आपके दान की पुष्टि करने और रसीद (receipt) बनाने के लिए
- आपसे संपर्क करने के लिए, यदि आपने स्वयंसेवक या छात्र पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरा हो
- कानूनी और compliance आवश्यकताओं (जैसे 80G रिकॉर्ड) को पूरा करने के लिए
- वेबसाइट के अनुभव को बेहतर बनाने के लिए
हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को बेचते नहीं हैं। आपकी जानकारी केवल संस्था के अधिकृत सदस्यों तक सीमित रहती है।
भुगतान की जानकारी
दान का भुगतान हमारे payment partner Razorpay के माध्यम से प्रोसेस होता है। आपकी card, UPI, या banking जानकारी सीधे Razorpay के secure सिस्टम में जाती है — हम इसे कभी स्टोर या देखते नहीं हैं। भुगतान से जुड़ी सुरक्षा नीति के लिए Razorpay की Privacy Policy देखें।
डेटा सुरक्षा
आपकी जानकारी को सुरक्षित database में रखा जाता है, जिसे केवल संस्था के अधिकृत सदस्य ही एक्सेस कर सकते हैं। वेबसाइट पर दी गई कोई भी जानकारी सार्वजनिक रूप से पढ़ी, बदली, या हटाई नहीं जा सकती।

Payment Information
