ज्ञानार्थी फाउंडेशन एक Section 8 Not-for-Profit Company है, जो Companies Act 2013 के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत है (CIN: U88900BR2025NPL080402), और NGO Darpan पर registered है (DARPAN ID: BR/2025/0938889)। संस्था का पंजीकृत कार्यालय वार्ड नं. 5, राजेश्वरी ईस्ट, त्रिवेणीगंज, सुपौल, बिहार — 852214 पर स्थित है।
वेबसाइट का उपयोग
- इस वेबसाइट की सामग्री केवल जानकारी और संस्था के कार्यों को साझा करने के उद्देश्य से है

दान (Donations)
- दान पूरी तरह स्वैच्छिक हैं
- सभी दान का भुगतान हमारे payment partner Razorpay के secure gateway से होता है
- दान की वापसी हमारी Refund Policy के अनुसार ही संभव है
- 80G tax benefit उन्हीं दानदाताओं को उपलब्ध है जो वैध PAN या Aadhaar जानकारी प्रदान करते हैं; receipt पर दी गई जानकारी की सटीकता की ज़िम्मेदारी दानदाता की है
पंजीकरण (Registration/Join)
- छात्र पंजीकरण, स्वयंसेवक जुड़ाव, या donor पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरते समय दी गई जानकारी संस्था के आंतरिक उपयोग के लिए है
- संस्था किसी भी पंजीकरण को अपने विवेक अनुसार स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार रखती है
बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property)
इस वेबसाइट पर मौजूद logo, content, और डिज़ाइन ज्ञानार्थी फाउंडेशन की संपत्ति है। बिना लिखित अनुमति के इनका व्यावसायिक उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।
दायित्व की सीमा (Limitation of Liability)
